We booked a few rooms here for a family trip and we were all unhappy with the condition of our rooms. Mainly: they were dirty. I actually went out and purchased sanitizing wipes shortly after we arrived so I could wipe down all of the surfaces. The furniture had a layer of dust, the bathroom countertop had spots on it that indicated it had clearly not been cleaned. Floors were filthy. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor, and the carpet in the bed area had clearly not been vacuumed in some time. Cleanliness aside, the roof top deck offered stunning views for sunset drinks. The infinity pool was also a big hit with our young son, as well as the adults after a very hot day of sight-seeing. Location was good. Breakfast buffet was generous and good. If our room had been clean then we would be inclined to stay here again or recommend it to others, but unfortunately we will look for another hotel if we visit again.

We were fortunate enough to have a room upgrade which helped, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and lovely pool on the 10th floor. The rooftop bar is a bonus and has great views, albeit it’s not cheap - as you’d expect. The hotel could not be closer to the BTS which was very helpful. I’d definitely recommend.

The big plus about this hotel is the location - next to the BTS making it easy to get anywhere. We arrived totally shattered only to find out we could not get into our room for 5 hours. They did hurry this along and we got in earlier. The rooms were clean and very nice, however the pillows were uncomfortable and the air con way too strong. We could not seem to lower this enough so we’re cold at night. Excellent bathroom and great shower. The pool area is fabulous and great views from the bar at the top but this seems to close quite early. On leaving, the guy checking us out was totally grumpy and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Service with a smile goes a long way. Overall if you just need a hotel with good facilities and are spending a lot of time out of it, this is a good option as you can get around very easily.

Check your room before accepting. Some really are in need of a full refurbishment. Ours on 31st floor had amazing views but old vanity cupboards and dirty old un vacuumed carpets!!!! Down side of both beds was filthy. Why put carpets in hotel rooms ?? They just collect filth from your shoes. We were so shattered from our flight we didn’t have the energy to complain. We really should have. It’s a dark hotel with no atmosphere. Only good thing it’s close to BTS !

Very conveniently located for the BTS rail network with a station opposite. Room very comfortable apart from over powerful air conditioning. Fabulous infinity pool with views over the city. Similarly a great rooftop bar with great views. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great variety at breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
